A health and wellbeing coach supports you to make sense of what's happening in your body, identify what helps, and build sustainable habits that work for your life. It's not about telling you what to do — it's about working alongside you to find your own way forward. Coaching is a listening, supportive, and practical process. It's not therapy, and it's not medical treatment.
-
No. The Rebuild Programme is a coaching programme, not a medical or clinical service. Sarah is not a doctor, nurse, or physiotherapist and will not diagnose, treat, or prescribe anything. The programme is designed to work alongside your existing NHS or medical care — supporting you to self-manage and rebuild confidence — not to replace it. If you have questions about your medical treatment, your GP or specialist is always the right person to ask.
-
The programme is designed for people living with persistent or chronic pain — pain that has been present for three months or more. This could include conditions such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, back pain, nerve pain, or other long-term pain conditions. You don't need a specific diagnosis to take part — if pain is affecting your daily life and you're ready to explore a different way forward, this programme may be for you.
-
No — you can self-refer. Simply book a free 30-minute discovery call and we'll talk through whether the programme is the right fit for you. There's no need to wait for a referral or ask your doctor's permission.
-
Yes — in fact, that's exactly who this programme is designed for. You don't need to be managing well before you start. The Rebuild Programme begins exactly where you are. The first sessions are specifically focused on understanding pain and calming your system — there's no pressure to push through or perform.
-
That's completely fine. There is absolutely no pressure to share anything you're not comfortable with. Many people find that just being in a room with others who truly understand what they're going through is valuable in itself — long before they feel ready to say a word. You can take part at whatever level feels right for you.
Is this right for me?
-
Groups are kept deliberately small — a maximum of 10 to 12 people. This is intentional. Small groups mean you're not lost in a crowd, there's space for real conversation if you want it, and the sessions feel calm and contained rather than overwhelming.
-
Sessions are held in person at two locations — Kingswinford and Tettenhall. Both are calm, accessible venues. Full details of dates, times, and addresses will be confirmed when you book your place.
-
Each session runs for 90 minutes and follows a gentle, structured format. There will be some education — helping you understand what's happening in your body — alongside practical tools, reflection, and group discussion. Sessions are designed to feel supportive, never clinical. You'll leave each week with something small and practical to take away.
-
Life happens — and chronic pain doesn't always follow a schedule. If you need to miss a session, just let Sarah know in advance where possible. While sessions do build on each other, missing one won't leave you lost. The group is supportive, and Sarah will make sure you feel caught up.
-
Flare-ups are part of living with persistent pain — and they're actually addressed directly within the programme. You won't be expected to push through. If a flare-up means you need to step back for a session or two, that's completely understood. The programme is designed with the reality of chronic pain in mind, not despite it.
-
Before you book, I'd always encourage you to have a free discovery call first — it's there so we can both make sure the programme feels like the right fit before you commit to anything.
Once you've paid, you have 48 hours to change your mind and receive a full refund — no questions asked.
After that, I'm unable to offer refunds. However, if your circumstances change and you're no longer able to join the cohort you've booked, I'll always do my best to transfer your place to a future cohort rather than lose what you've paid.
If you have any concerns or questions about this, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
How the programme works
-
The Rebuild Programme costs £149 for the full 8 weeks. This includes all sessions and optional access to the Rebuild Community — an ongoing support space for programme graduates. There are no hidden costs.
-
The Rebuild Community is an optional ongoing support space for people who have completed the programme. It includes weekly check-ins, a monthly live Q&A with Sarah, and access to monthly themes and resources — so the support doesn't have to stop at week 8. More details will be shared during the programme.
-
Sarah holds a First Class degree in Psychology and is a PCI-accredited coach, trained through the Health Coach Academy, with specialist training in persistent pain support including the Live Well with Pain – 10 Footsteps Programme for Practitioners. She is also currently completing a Trauma-Informed Coaching certification. Alongside her training, Sarah lives with long-term pain herself — and that lived experience sits at the heart of how she works.
