The Rebuild Journey

A supportive 8-week group programme for people living with persistent pain - designed to help you feel calmer, more in control, and begin rebuilding your life alongside pain.

This programme won't make your pain disappear, and it won't pretend it can. What it will do is help you understand it, fear it less, and start finding a steadier way forward. Together, as a small group, at your pace.

A DIFFERENT APPROACH

This isn't about pushing through or being told to just "accept it".

It's about learning how to calm your nervous system, understand your body's signals, build confidence in movement, and create small, sustainable habits that reconnect you with the life you want.

How it works

Eight weekly sessions, in a small supportive group of no more than 10 - 12 people. Each session runs for 90 minutes in a calm, welcoming environment, in person, in Kingswinford or Tettenhall.

What we cover

Each session builds gently on the last. There's no rushing ahead - the group moves together, and every week has a clear focus.

Flare-ups are part of the journey, not a sign you’ve gone backwards. Progress is happening - even when it’s small.

Each phase meets the group where they are. There's no rushing and no one gets left behind.

After week 8 - the Rebuild Community

The programme ends - but the support doesn't have to. Graduates of the Rebuild Programme can join the Rebuild Community: an ongoing space to keep going, stay connected, and not lose what you've built.

Available as a separate monthly membership - and your first month is on us.
