We do not store payment card details. Payments are processed securely through a third-party provider.

Basic analytics about how people use our website, collected by Squarespace. This may include your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data to anyone. We only share information where necessary to deliver our service, with the following trusted third-party platforms:

Squarespace — our website platform, which collects basic analytics

Calendly — our booking system, used to schedule discovery calls

Circle (or equivalent community platform) — used to host the Rebuild Community for programme graduates

Email provider — used to send programme communications and updates

All third-party platforms we use are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with UK GDPR.

How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary:

Enquiry and contact information — up to 12 months if no programme is booked

Programme participant data — up to 3 years after the programme ends

Financial records — up to 7 years in line with HMRC requirements

Marketing consent — until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
